For sure, against very loose players willing to call your 3-bet wide, then you'd only want to 3-bet for value. Not having some chance of winning immediately obviously makes the 3-bet much...

Q high is not a "small flush" though. There are only two flushes that beat you, and you have one end of the possible straight flush.

And frankly, if you're folding small flushes often in spots...

Having a pair on a paired board just doesn't seem all that marginal to me heads up though. Then again, I get called a lot by ace-high here as well.
