it is one bet and 4 raises for a cap. the game is $10/20. no round was capped here. i made it 4 bets pre flop. the other 2 called. and after flop there were 3 raises.

If after the flop, in a similair type situaiton to this one,i am getting 11 or 12-1 odds on my call, is it mathematically corrct to make the call, given that it about 12-1 to make a set by the river?

I don't know about all sites, but while it is not relevant anymore, party poker would only include the hand if there was a rake taken from the pot, thus if the hand got raised and no rake was taken...
