yea verisimilitude...I think I've lost more money over valuing overpairs than just about any other hand. One thing that I always tell myself is: "Don't be the dummy who stacks off with one pair..."...

I would recommend Commerce. I've never really felt unsafe there (there is a large, armed, security presence) and there's plenty of action. Hollywood Park is in Inglewood (always up to no good) too...
