Re: This one\'s *special*

I think you're all focused on the wrong things here. There have been plenty of worse plays for much more money. Money comes and goes but this is Art.

Don't get caught up in the detail. You need...

Re: The Fish Manifesto

Al Schoonmaker once wrote an article where he celebrated the 'ruthless meritocracy' of poker and strange though it seems I still agree broadly with his sentiments. He was contrasting it with an...

First off thanks for the discussion, even if you think I'm full of it. Many good points raised. I don't think this is or should be a major change. It should be introduced gently and as some have said...

The Fish Manifesto

Why does internet poker pay so well?

As a job it's not particularly highly skilled (not refering to high stakes here), unpleasant to do or have high barriers to entry. Neither does it create any...

I liked the article but I do wonder how SnGs are not overrun by bots. I say that without meaning to imply any critism of the skills of good SnG players but just that the decisions made in this...

Just looked at exchange rates for the UK.
Neteller is actually better than Party. Fees are lower too.

Also, Party's $2 fee for neteller is a pretty significant change IMO. I haven't seen many...
