Re: 1-table S&Gs - your feedback requested

[ QUOTE ]
Further question, if you don't mind: what do you prefer, 9-handed or 10-handed... and why?

[/ QUOTE ]

I prefer 10 handed, 4 places pay. 3 places is some sick variance....

Re: 1-table S&Gs - your feedback requested

as far as I can tell, playing 10 handed STTs wouldn't increase the length of time needed to play each STT by too much and good players would make slightly more profit per game.

Re: 2.25 FTP 88 in SB early, help me play this hand.

[ QUOTE ]

I prolly just c/c on the turn to keep the pot under control.

[/ QUOTE ]

I like betting the turn because it's a $2 and villain probably has some random flopped pair or random draw...

Re: 2.25 FTP 88 in SB early, help me play this hand.

bet less on turn so you end up less commited to the hand then check/call small bet on the river, probably check/folding to a river PSB/shove.

Re: $2.25 FTP - TT at 50/100 with 2k, small stack shoves and flat call

as played it looks like an easy push as MP hasn't shown any strength by open-limping and flat-calling the raise/shove, a lot of the time he'll fold and a lot of the time he calls you'll be way ahead....

Re: 1-table S&Gs - your feedback requested

[ QUOTE ]
Rake is a huge factor.
Also I would introduce a buy in in between 27 and 60 because 35 really doesn't work, how about 45 (41+4)?

Also get rid of 100/200 and move directly to 100/200/25...

Re: 1-table S&Gs - your feedback requested

looking at some recent turbos it seems like 7/8 hands per levels early and about 10/11 hands late, turbos have 5 minute blinds.

Re: 1-table S&Gs - your feedback requested

the rake on the turbos is retarded in that the % paid varies greater and lower and greater and lower as you move up the buyins.

when we asked for something between the $25+2s and the $55+5s and...
