if you send a limit order at that price, it will just be filled. you are trying to use a stop-limit order. google "stop order" or something like that to get familiar with the differences.

For finance, Harvard, Penn, MIT, Columbia, U. of Chicago. Those 5 would be in the top 10. Eastern schools have an edge because of proximity to NY.

The writers of that story don't know which fund did what, so don't waste any time trying to figure out which funds they are trying to disguise. As I wrote above, the writers didn't get the details...
