Any speculation as to why Absolute Poker is continuing to protect Scott Tom at this point? Does he probably still have a position withing the company?

Yeah. It's gonna be great when AP releases their statement and then evidence comes out that they are lying once again.

AP still has some serious questions to answer before this is over.

Like why did they participate in a cover-up.
