I don't know if this is viable at all, but it sure would be great if this led to some greater transparency in terms of the ownership/control structures of the private gaming...

All,

I hate to say this, but I think this is going to be a hollow victory. There's such a lack of visibility into who controls what in this basically unregulated (except by shams like KGC)...
