There is something to be said for just calling when there are a lot of limpers with hands like AJo/ATo. You don't have much of an equity edge and it will be easier to protect the vulnerable top pair...

About 1.5BB/hr is very,very good. I suppose a perfect player could get closer to 2BB/hr, but I don't know anyone that plays perfectly, and they wouldn't play 20-40!
