Re: NL100 - AQ, I think I really missplayed this hand.

Yeah, the 3-bet pre was dumb, I'm way behind 5pfr players caling-range. Call and play it cautiously postflop?

But what do you people say about the flop, right after the hand I thought "why the...

NL100 - AQ, I think I really missplayed this hand.

Villain is a multitabler, 16,5/5,6/3,3 over 1100 hands. I've been lazy so I don't got any more reads then the stats. Despite all the hands I got on villain I can't recall us playing a big pot.

B2B...

Re: NL100 - KK, this is standard right?

I think most of us agree that my line was ok, but a call would have been better at the river. But doesn't anybody got something to say about this?:

Re: NL100 - KK, this is standard right?

One thing I tought about with this line, is that when I check behind on flops like this I always got a mediocre strength hand (plying against fullstacks). In this hand I would check behind with KK,...

Re: NL100 - KK, this is standard right?

There are alot of bad and passive players against wich I would cbet the flop for value against fd, jacks and whatnot. But against good players a cbet will not accomplish anything, I fold out all the...

NL100 - KK, this is standard right?

So, I've only played about 50 hands with villain. He's a multitabler and I'm pretty sure he's a reg. Obviously I haven't got to much information but he seems TAGish. We played 2 hands against...

Re: How to play a draw.

If he calls a non all-in 3-bet, what do you people do on a blank turn?

Re: 200 NL, JJ 3-bet pot.

Btw,, the turn-bet is not only for protection, it's for value too.

Re: 200 NL, JJ 3-bet pot.

Well played! I liked it all. He's nitty, I just don't think he did some delayed float at you, so a c/f at the river seems nice. He will check behind the majority of the time, and then you'll win it...

Re: AQo- squeeze has been called, now what?

It sucks, but as said this is probably a c/f. It's not much you can do about it against this opponent. If he checks behind and the turn is a blank I might fire a small steal though.

Re: General Interest Thread for Mac version of next gen PokerTracker

Me too, we are tons of players that got a MacbookPro to play poker on, so they will definitely get some more buyers if they make it compatable with osx.

Re: No more Jman on Cardrunners?

To bad, jmans vid are one of the best on CR. I like his articles in bluff alot to. But CR is still a superb site, I'm waiting eagerly for the update Taylor mentioned.

Re: NL100 - AK, 4bet pre

But if he's never folding anything he's 3betting I'm quite happy anyway,, or? Because I probably crush his 3-betting range and it's not like he get the right price to call (oop) with a sc or a...

Re: 100NL I always do this in BvB

[ QUOTE ]
I think your FE is actually a ton greater on the turn if you bet 14-16, and I check/fold the river.

[/ QUOTE ]

My opinions too, to bad I don't follow the c/f on the river though....

Re: NL100 - AK, 4bet pre

Since I'm ip, is a call a option worth contemplating?

Man, I suck at playing flops after 3-betting/4-betting action pre. Are there any article on it, or a CR video were it's discussed or something?

Re: NL100 - AK, 4bet pre

Why should I rerasise more? It's not like he's getting implied to setmine me or something. Or do you think it would push him off more hands that I don't beat?

Does he really call the 4bet with...

NL100 - AK, 4bet pre

Is this a good play or do it suck? I got no reads nor any stats on villin. But I do know that he is a former NL200 reg. and for some reason he's playing NL100 now.

Re: JJ: CO/Button confrontation against reg

You can make arguments for just calling pf. I don't disslike a 3-bet however.

As you said I think around 20 would be nice on the flop. I play it the same on turn and call river. You got almost 4-1...

Re: JJ in the SB vs a couple of coldcaller, 3-bet or call?

Re: September goals

I'm moving up to NL200 today with about 23 BI's, so:

Play 30k+ hands at NL200 or NL400.
Do more analyzing post-session.
Play good and win €6000+.

GL all!

Re: Yet another river bluff vs a 2p2er - this time l double float lol

I'm with ASPoker8, I 3bet or fold the majority of the time pre against said villain (altough I will call once in a while). I do also think that thats more +EV. Our FE will probably be huge both pre...

Re: NL100 JJ in 3way pot OOP

Bet and call a shove, b/f is terrible as mentioned.

Oh, and (I think) this is definitely 3-bet pre. He's ahead of both there calling ranges.
