If you are into dairy, start drinking milk...as much as you can...

Most people don't need shakes. Way too many people take them. Taking them when you want fat loss makes zero sense. Eat real food.

what you describe is basically Crossfit... also while exercise is amazing, most dramatic weight changes are made in the kitchen....best of luck.
