Re: NL100: overpair on paired board vs turndonk

I often find myself in weird spots like this. If you consider the opponents overall looseness combined with a short stack I'm willing to get it in here. I think a significant amount of the time...

Re: AQ OOP against TAG

I crai this turn card and any other non diamond or king. With such a high aggression factor I'm expecting to see a wider range than normal.

Re: top two in limped pot

If he pushes this turn I stack off here. I'm expecting an ace high flush draw to push turn after picking up the ace. I also think we hear from a set on the flop because the flop is very draw heavy.

Re: AKo Villian pushes turn, call/fold?

I snapcall in this spot. Against a fishy player like this I'm expecting to see a bunch of weird aces as well as some midpair+draw hands.

Re: 100NL trips on the flop n multiway : to bet or not to bet

In a spot like this I'm willing to risk a free card and give MP the opportunity to bet their medium pair/missed hand and get some more money in the pot. The board is pretty crippled in a spot like...

Re: $200 Max 1/2 No-Limit Strategy Question...

Your live opponents are generally going to play as bad as $10NL save a few exceptions. Limp with with your suited and unsuited connectors, small pairs and other high cards. Raise your good hands the...

Re: AQs boo

I b/c this turn against a 77VPIP player usually. His raise preflop is a little worrying especially with such a low pfr number but I think giving a free card to the flush/straight draws is a much...

Re: KQ commitment decision (100 NL)

Looks good against a 60bb stack. Obviously call a turn check raise.

Re: Another Pocket AA Question

Yea I probably get it in here on the flop. The board is so draw heavy that I might expect the villain to check-raise with a big draw expecting you to fold your "missed AK."

Re: 100NL reraised AI on the flop

Against a 19/16 I consider laying this preflop because it is a very easily dominated hand and you're not sure if either the A or the T is your best card to hit. Once you see the flop I think you...

Re: 100nl oh no I get minraised

As played I'm definitely paying off the river as your usually chopping. I take a note of the players extremely weird line with 77 here and move on.

Re: KK line check against unknown

I'm definitely CRAI this turn expect to see worse over-pairs/wierd top pair combos a large portion of the time.

Re: 1/2 - Optimal play with pretty big draw?

I raise flop to $55-$60 looking to get it in on this flop. Blank turns I usually push against one opponent and check behind if both come along.

Re: NL100: Second barrel situation IP - no scarecard but wet board

Hmmm, I'm going to bet my bluff, 1 pair, straight, and flush hands on the turn. I check my medium strength hands like two pair and sets in order to improve when behind and induce bluff when ahead. I...

Re: TPTK in RR pot against a LAG

This is hand for hand one. I b/f the turn. I think you lose too much value checking through the turn. If you get check raised you can safely assume it is with a hand that has you beat. As played I...

Re: Nut Flush Draw on turn in RR pot (200NL 6 max)

I shove this turn all day. You have a ton of fold equity. Additionally when you are called you have a boatload of outs to the nuts/near nuts.

Re: Limped Pot. Straight vs Resistance on Paired Board...

Tough spot here. I think you would have heard from two pair on the flop because it is a very draw heavy board even with such a low aggression factor. A portion of the time I think you run into your...

Re: 3bet Pot OOP w/ AKs

I call. Your hand is underrepresented and with villains stats I don't expect him to show up with a flush very often.

Re: [NL100] AQo gets reraised oop

Pushing preflop or on the flop in this case is spew. The only hands that beat you call. There is an argument for folding preflop because your UTG raise has been three bet, which usually represents...

Re: Help, I am getting raped by a LAG

I'd call here and expect to see a very wide range of hands. Some including busted draws and some wierd treys. However the pot size bet on the river leads me to believe that this is a bluff especially...

Re: Two Live 1/2 Hands OOP vs tough opponent

OOPS! I didn't realize I didn't include stack sizes in first hand. I have $300 and the villain covers.
