Also, I don't understand why so many people think it is a big deal to skip breakfast or fast or whatever. Go back even a hundred years to where we didn't have much refridgeration or packaged foods...

AZK, I do random fasting and think it is great. For example, I might just have a day where I'll get by on some coffee, a banana, and a piece of toast. I have no idea as to the exact health effects...
