Btw im 90% sure Antonius only opened for 2k pf, pot was 3600 from his raise + blinds and antes. So a reraise from BB was clearly better but I guess he was trying to trap.

I agree but its still the best book out there for mtt. Just be ready to mix up/adapt your play a little.
The book is very conservative and designed to keep you out of trouble but the foundation...

yep you're right but for some reason I always try once or twice in a session. Most of the time its not worth it so ill discipline myself and play more abc unless I have a big read.
