Unless you changed it, it's access. So, if you don't know about it, it's probably access.
The files you need to copy are in your PT folder. It's basically all the .mdb files. Just copy them in...

Check for any filters in the preference tab, especially the levels.
Also, there was a recent PTY update. I'm not sure this could cause that problem, but a new version of PT is out.

idleminer isn't a requirement thought.
Just make sure PT imports that hands as the tables are being observed ... FTP delete the HHs when you close the tables.
