I see your point but I think you made a typo. Assuming one other opponent the chances of hitting that one card would be 1 in 42 instead of the 1 in 46 I had mistakenly assumed....

At Foxwoods the IWTSTH rule has been abused so much that the dealers have taken the lead in dealing with the fallout.

If the person who is asked to show his hand objects, the dealer instructs...

I would 3-bet every time, [especially if SB is still in - the action is a little confusing as described].

While a 4-bet has you beat mostly - you do mention that MP pushes draws and slows down...
