Re: $16 - JJ vs LAGG
For me, it's precisely because lags do stupid stuff all the time that I don't shove preflop. It's too early to race against AQ, KQ, etc. I'd rather see a J high or less flop first and then push. ...

Re: 27T: Turn question in completed BvB
I bet the flop and fold to a raise. If he calls, I re-evaluate on the river. I agree with your point that he would have raised the 9 on the flop and I think a flush or high straight (JQ) is more...

Re: $11 Flush draw; semibluff or fold?
I don't mind the raise preflop at all, but I make it 375 instead of 400. As others have said, a read would help. Without a read, I think it's a fold. I think you have to expect a call, if you push...

Re: [22$] QQ vs. Regualr
Villain didn't limp/call - the limper folded. Villain is the BB who called preflop.
I think someone who calls with KJ, KQ, etc. out of the BB will shut down with an A on the flop. AMT put it...

Re: ps 11: itm, can u fold jj from bb??
I don't think it's that marginal. I'm sure we've all been in the situation where we're waiting out a short stack only to see them double up once or twice and all of a sudden we're the short stack. ...

Re: 5.50 TP 4handed multiway
I assume your what-if scenarios are referring to the flop. In that case, I think a fold in both scenarios is fine. As played, I would put in a half pot bet on the turn - you'll take it down there a...

Re: 10$ s&g: playing AK
At the $10 I don't think this is always JJ+, AK. You'll see weaker pairs and weaker A's a fair amount. I think some folks at this level try a squeeze play way too often.
All of this being said,...

Moving up question
I posted this in the official moving up thread, but I'm guessing not many folks are reading that thread at this point...
I'm following the 100 buy in rule and moving up accordingly. Not that I'm...

Re: OFFICIAL MOVING UP THREAD
I'm following the 100 buy in rule and moving up accordingly. Not that I'm planning for a bad run, but at what point do you drop back down if you're losing at the new level? i.e. how many buy-ins...

Re: $11 Level 1 QQ, can I beat anything here?
Really? If it wasn't level 1, I would gladly call the push, but is it really worth the risk on the second hand of the SNG?
I try not to put too much weight into SharkScope, but the stats do...

$11 Level 1 QQ, can I beat anything here?
All I know about villain are his SharkScope stats - 16% ROI over 1,300+ tourneys, avg. stake of $10. His all-in seemed to scream KK+ or trips and afraid of the straight. Anyone disagree?

Re: ($24) AQo in BTN vs. CO\'s raise
I like a shove here, but I agree it's close. If the blinds are about to go up, I definitely shove. If there's a lot of time left in the level, I still shove, but understand a fold better.

Re: $27 Bubble hand
I think you have to fold, because UTG may call. It sucks, because based on your reads you're likely ahead, but I don't see how you can take the chance with 20BBs.

Re: $12 Q10o push/fold situation
It definitely a SNGWiz question. If it's coming up as marginal, then I'd fold. I like a fold, because the button is going to be pushing wide given his stack.
