Seems like a good spot to call flop and turn and raise the river. You maximize value against bluffs and with his stack size he can't 3-bet the river if he's ahead.

PFR is LAGTAG and not the type to ever check the flop with a monster or a decent draw, so pretty sure I'm ahead of him. SB is 40/15/1.5 and hasn't done anything noteworthy yet.
