Re: SNGEGT

Also, when your stack is in danger of reaching a point where you will soon have no FE, it's good to take lesser edges to stay afloat, since this has a positive affect on future pushes.

Re: Find the 15% leaks.

45764825 all looks fine, apart from this easy shove. I find it hard to believe you are break-even at the $6.50s based what I've seen.

Re: $27 MTT Final table

Break-even with these ranges:
BB: 44+,A7s+,A9o+,KJs+
others: 66+,ATs+,AJo+

I think it's a fold.

Re: OT - settle a bet

Don't pay.
Stop tilting.
Play whatever limit you are comfortable with. If it bores you, move up. If it scares you, move down. If you want to play under-rolled, well that's a personal choice.

I guess my point is, mathmatically shoving makes sense on a per hand basis - but who cares if you stole 4 blinds in 2 orbits, if the fifth time you shove you get called by pocket JJ and...

Re: Anyone tried the rounders sitngo\'s on the nin.com network?

These rounders have no rake until level 5. And you can build a bankroll of tokens at the lower levels before taking a shot at the top. It takes a long time to realise any real cash, but they can be...

Re: [free software] new version excel worksheet for buble simulation

I don't know what rank order Pokerstove uses but we always use the Sklansky-Chubukov rankings here:

Re: Difference between $3.40 and $6.50

I can't say first hand but I'm sure the reduced rake will make up for any increase in skill (although 32% seems high at any level these days).

Re: [free software] new version excel worksheet for buble simulation

Here's how I work it out. I'm assuming that if you fold then it is folded to the BB who picks up the blinds (there may be better ways, but this is the 'standard' approach that has been adopted).
I'm...

Re: Why do you guys pay for Poker Tracker?

It's like $50. People would rather be playing poker than coding their own software.
