Hmmm...im just gonna give a crack at it since no one has gotten in the thread yet. Given who is in the bb has only 4 bb after posting i think we have more fe vs him than if a big stack was in the bb...

I think i play it the same.
I mix it up between calling and re raising , in this spot i dont mind reraising pre.
HU pot i def cbet flop.
Here we are multiway and if we plan to cbet 1/2-2/3 pot...
