Re: 50NL: Deep with two overs and a flush draw, line?

Fold >>>> Raise >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Call

Villain could easily have 45s 46s or some other similar hand that has you (relatively) crushed. If the board wasnt already paired, it would be...

Re: 50NL: AA flopped nuts, possibly missed extraction bet?

I bet 1/2 PSB on turn but I like the way you played it also.

Re: 50NL: Draw spikes TP on river, but facing big river bet

Did you mean that draw spikes TP on turn? Anyway, turn seems perfect for a raise to 17-18. 44 and 22 would basically have to give away their hand with a 3bet or shove.

I dont like it but I...

Re: Rivered 2 pair

If you checked the turn to induce an overbet on the river then you got it. Call river.

Re: 25NL Making a river bluff, good?

Villain's not folding any pair so I dont like it. After flop bet gets called, I shut down and check/fold including to a donk on the river.

Re: 25nl Calling shoves w/ QQ, yea or nay?

I really think this is AK but I'd rather not flip for a stack.

Re: Flopped nut flush slowplay?

With that flop overbet, villain has at least a K and more than likely, 2 pair. Raise flop and check/call turn and river. And yeah, dont show results.

Re: 25nl AQ very aggressive

I like it if you think villain folds 66-99 to a shove. K on the turn is a good card to bluff also in case he put you on AK.

Re: $10 - JJ on AA8 flop...I call down small bets like little girl.

[ QUOTE ]
Raise flop (especially w/ that donk-bet. General rule of thumb is to treat those like a check)... this is another underpair or an 8 more often that not.. if he plays back, you have a...

Re: kk hand

The bet on the river was fine since I think a Q checks behind if checked to. I really have no idea what villain minraises on the river other than a 9. If he has it, make a note that he calls down...

Re: 50NL - totally lost on this hand

Don't put in more than 10% of your stack with 88 OOP. 5.5 on the river as a blocking bet is too weak and spewy. Did Ax call you?

Re: NL50 QTo flops OESD, gets donked into PSB.

[ QUOTE ]
I'd go for option #3.

Think awhile and then fold.

A lot of donkish hands hit this flop and if you raise, he calls and a blank hits, what is your plan then? Hope he gives you a free...

Re: 25 nl c/c with AJ

This is a weird hand since SB overbets flop, donks turn and 1/2 PSB on river. I raise the flop since its so drawy. If for some reason I dont, then I'm definitely raising the turn to at least 6. As...

Re: NL10 Implied odds and Flushing board

Im not too sure how the NL10 game on Stars plays but a limp/call in SB seems super standard. Raising to something like .7 OOP and missing a set on the flop 7/8 times would be terrible. But if...

Re: 50NL, oh no AA!

Like everyone said, fold. Preflop, with a limper and a hand with reverse implied odds like AA, i would raise to 3.5

Re: 25NL- Double barrel FD?

Is 3x your standard PFR? I would raise to 4x.

This hand is difficult OOP but I would fire a second barrel on turn. So many donks float with overs and crap postflop and checking just opens the...

Re: 25NL- CB vs shorty?

Small c-bet and shut down if called or raised...only other strategy is check/fold though thats a bit weak IMO.

Re: 50NL, QQ: Hero, you should have done something else.

6x raise from the button doesnt exactly scream KK-AA here, even from a 15/5.6 who doesnt steal. I would 3-bet to 9 but you have your reasons to just call.

I would C/R flop planning on folding to...

Re: 50NL, 65s squeeze play gone horribly wrong

Interesting hand. Looks like youre repping QQQ, AhKh or AhJh. MP's donk on turn + check on river looks like no hand to me. Regardless of results, I like it.

Re: Top pair top kicker against trappy player

Raise more PF, people like 4xBB + 1BB per limper but personally, I'd raise to at .16 here. Reload PF also.

Bet the flop definitely. People will call with any pair which you beat and any ace...

Re: 10NL AJ multiway, trip aces on river

I dont get why there were no raises after PF. Did you have a read on UTG? Raise flop and if not, you still have great equity to raise on turn.

At this level and with those stats, I instacall...

Re: AA against unknown

In my experience, this is 66-88 and two pairs as often as it is 99-TT, 89, etc...shove and embrace variance.
