Re: any advantages to running with sweats on?

Meh.

During the winter it'll help keep your muscles warm so you maybe can run a little longer/harder, but I doubt they have a significant impact.

Re: Nutrition question about botted tea

I drink green tea pretty regularly but only for the caffeine. I'd be surprised if the health benefits in bottled tea outweigh the negatives, but at least it's not as bad as soda.

If you really...

Re: experiences with bulking

Don't settle for just mass. If you gain 25 lbs of fat with 5 lbs of muscle you'll just look fat. My first 3 months of serious lifting/diet I gained around 17lbs, probably about 10 of fat and 7 of...

I had the same problem. Basically after two months I was no longer able to keep adding more weight even though I was getting 4 days rest between workouts. What solved the problem for me was...

Re: Critique My Diet Please

If you do this for a month you should easily lose 5 lbs. Besides being really boring, I don't think there's anything really wrong with this. Although I would try to get some casein protein in before...

Re: Recommend a sixth exercise

I'd add in stiff leg deadlift to bent over barbell row.

The stiff leg deadlift portion should work your hamstrings, lower back, and glutes, which is important because if you overdevelop your quads...

Also, I agree with using Seinfeld knowledge as a barometer of character and personality.

Re: Hypothetical Scrabble Question.

I'm assuming "bingo" is playing all 7 letters, while a potential bingo means it must hit on another tile?

So like "ETHEREAL" for the first one?

Re: Anyone own a boat?

I would not buy a Whaler. You're concerned with whether or not your enthusiasm will last, so why buy literally the most expensive boat in that class? Also that whaler would not be fishable for more...

Re: When exactly did Sportscenter start to become unwatchable?

For me it was when they changed to a more modern looking set, maybe 8 years ago. I used to love how after a game's highlights were over they would show a page of stats for 3 or 4 players for each...

Re: 25 NL on FTP fold Aces on Flop??

He didn't CR flop, you lead and he shoved. You need 34% equity to make this call, which I'm sure you have.

Re: 25nl 6max: TPGK raised on flop?

If you don't know what to do when he takes a line like this then I'd rather just check this flop. If it were me, I'd probably look to CRAI. As played this seems like a fold.

I'd also be pretty...
