How should I play this preflop? H1

In an effort to get better at playing 3bet pots and calling preflop (which will obviously be a minimal but still calling preflop should be a good tool to have in your game instead of always just...

Re: JJ against possible squeeze

I fold preflop vs an unknown for the reason that I hate getting into this spot here postflop where you have no idea where you're at.

Re: A couple of KK hands, problems on the flop

Is this because in H1 we do not have the K of the flush card but in H2 we do?

That is the main reason I posted both hands, just because I didn't know how much of a difference that variable should...

Re: flop set on pretty board, get stacked

Wtf at short stacked?

I usually just check-raise this flop and continue betting from there. If checked back to you, i'll lead out a lot of turns, or go for a CR if a scare card hits.

A couple of KK hands, problems on the flop

These are two pretty common situations I find myself in, usually I have reads on players, but this time both players (seperate sessions) are unknown, as it is literally the 1st and 2nd orbit on each...

Re: JJ OTB facing turn shove

I fold since its a multi way pot, if it were hu I would be much more inclined to look him up here.

Re: 100NL What do we do on this flop bet into with QQ

This is a pretty clear fold or raise situation, both options kinda suck, but folding sucks less.

Re: TPTK facing a min-raise on flop, turn an interesting hand

41.50

Is checking this turn correct after calling the flop. Is calling the flop correct as well? If the answer is yes, than what is our plan on any non K, non J turn?

Re: Easy shove in a limped pot with a flush?

The only As hand I can see him having is if he has AsKx, or AsJx. I just don't think we see A9 or A4 with the As raising this turn. Given this player in particular isn't good by any means, doesn't...

Re: Easy shove in a limped pot with a flush?

With MP being a short stack that's already all in by the turn, I think he's semi-bluffing here about never.

Re: Double barreling from OOP in a 3bet pot

We're betting here and not putting in a penny more without a T on the river, and even then, that's a bit much considering the board after that card hits.

Wtf @ flop?

I see your point, this situation isn't that difficult I know. When they hit their backdoor flushes I tend to question myself.

I am still curious though how much he has to have...
