Re: Table selection/stack size and SPR related question

CDL - that's my thought exactly. I doubt it happens much above NL25 but I had donks going all-in preflop with 85o, they only have 0.5BI but it's all good!

Table selection/stack size and SPR related question

When you have built up a decent stack i.e. >3BI. It's often easier to be the bully (it seems that way for me partly due to confidence). If the table gets a bit dry in terms of action, or the VPIP...

Re: *** Official November Graphs/Results & December Goals Thread ***

[ QUOTE ]

Solid win rate of 5.57ptbb/100 over 10k hands, which is certainly in part to me not trying to 12-table. Managed to build the BR up to a point where I can once again play NL100 and just...

Refer-a-friend bonus question - everest

I know this is a very naive question, but when I go through the signup bonus for a new site (Everest), it asks me for a friend referral id.

Surely the exclusivity agreement would disallow...

NL10 : flop set, how much to 4bet?

Have generally been betting preflop here but decided to call this time. Obviously my 4bet was too much but not like I have much left anyway.

Given the flush draw am I right to shove? What do you...

Re: NL 25 - AQs facing reraise

Ok, I probably put him on too tight a preflop raising range (this wasn't a read but just on his stats). I think 6% is roughly 77+ AK and AQs, but given he reraised me I leaned more towards higher...

NL 25 - AQs facing reraise

Is checking the flop here an option bearind in mind his reraise preflop? If not, how much do you lead out with?

I put him on QQ+/AK and given it's a dryish flop...

NL10 : trouble spot with JJ

Villian is around 60/15/1 over 300+ hands. He is quite the donk but does pick of some big pots from time to time.

Given his wide range of raising hands I wasn't too worried until the flop came....

Re: 25NL 55 in BB caught set, facing the dreaded flop minraise

25NL 55 in BB caught set, facing the dreaded flop minraise

Villain in CO is something like 40/0/1.5 over 50 hands. He hasnt done too much wrong post flop. SB is a donk.

I called the SB reraise on flop as I'm fairly sure he doesnt have KK or AA, maybe 2...

Re: Advice on limiting variance at 6-max whilst chasing a bonus?

What do you actually class as a nit? I have heard the term so many times but just assume it is a TAG that folds to aggressive betting.

I would play something like this :- Raise (4xBB+1 per limper)...
