52/5/?

His aggression factor is key here!

Re: JJ vs loose/passive that 3-bets preflop

I'd play it the same and fold now

Re: Squeezing w/ KK and getting a gross flop

I agree with ikestoys, without any reads I think c-betting is best. Only needs to be about $42 or so.
Imo checking will put you in a far more difficult spot.

Re: 100NL AQ becomes 2nd pair on river, valuebet?

yep b/f, I'd bet small though, like $33 or so.

Re: AQ flops the Ace - a waste a good bet ?

incredibly super standard c-bet. I doubt overbetting is your normal c-bet size though

Re: 100NL KK bet turn?

Yes, I think so. I'd bet about $25 or so. He still won't fold a pair, and you never get raised by a worse hand. Then I'd probably c/f river.

Re: 1010 facing a back raise

I'd fold it, I like to delude myself into thinking that they usually have overcards or smaller pairs here, but in reality they have overpairs too often.

Re: Ahead of his range but unprofitable to push?

[ QUOTE ]
I'm not saying shoving is a bad move, I just think there might be better situations to get your money in.

[/ QUOTE ]

I think this concept is irrelevant tbh. Of course we'd prefer if...

Re: NL100: I suck in 3bet pots like its not even funny

ship it, need a better read to fold an ace and a king when there is a king on a drawy flop

Re: Fill up on river, shove or check?

I'd shove, if it was deeper I'd like a c/r. With less than a PSB, CRAI seems like FPS to me. Line is irrelevant if he has straight+, the money is going in. There's a good chance he'd check behind...

Re: lol boataments

Call pre is fine imo, keep fish in + it's a hand that it's fine to call a raise with anyway, even an isolation play. I'd fold the river

Re: Good spot to double barrel?

[ QUOTE ]
Don't know anything about villain, but lets presume he's reasonably tight and a pretty average/half decent player.

Don't like double-barreling when this is the case, that's...

Re: Ahead of his range but unprofitable to push?

interesting post, my default would be to always push here. Villain's can have draws a lot of the time, or if they don't they can 'put you on a draw' and call with one pair. Imo, (to not shove here)...

Re: pair vs. spew machine

yeah ok that's fair! I suppose it's kinda hard to say which is better without seeing a specific hand. What's hugely important too is if they are capable LAGs or retardo-LAGs

River is an obvious fold but that's not what you wanted to know, right? I'd start raising a lot of flops against him. Especially this one where you have middle pair, it's probably way...

Re: [NL100] A4 suited an how I tilt of my money ???

Preflop I'd fold unless there's a superfish in the blinds and everybody else is extremely tight.
You should really shove or fold the flop, depending on reads.

Re: 100 NL: Rivered Straight, Raise?

I'd 3-bet, he has a 4 way way more often than 98 or a flush. And players this loose don't fold a 4.

Re: how\'s my line - QQ vs tough lag

You gotta shove the flop here if he's playing loose, you don't want spades/middle straightening cards/overs getting there against a guy with a huge range that will make it hard on you on...

Re: how\'s my line - QQ vs tough lag

I think just calling the flop is fine, on the condition that you don't give up now. I'd call his turn shove, granted, he has trips sometimes, but imo guys like this have lower pairs/flush draws...

Re: How do you like to play against maniacs like this??

to people who want to get all in, we realise it's 300BBs deep right? And from the OP "He didn't seem to 3 bet pre-flop light at all."
