Re: Top Set Mining (TSM)

If only my opponent had taken your strategy article into account and folded his flopped nut boat, then he wouldn't have got stacked. I think I played the hand too aggressively with second nut quads,...

Re: Anyone seen this PT Error?

Yeah - your ptrackdb is too big (>2GB).

There are now 2 options now. Firstly, if you dont compact your poker database much or at all then compact it. This will make it far far smaller. If you...

What do you put MP on after caling that massive PF raise?

[/ QUOTE ]

Small pair pretty much always. He isnt a donk. And the preflop raise isnt massive, it was pot.

QQ overpair in RR pot, facing action from passive player, 1/2 FTP

My image is kind of crazy. I'm playing 20/15 on the table, but I've stacked several people over the last couple of orbits - the first was QQ v 33 (RR pot) a/i on 889 flop (!) and the next time I...

AA played passively, facing river raise, 1/2 FTP

Opponent is a decent ish LAG, playing 25/21/4 and I've seen him play 2/4 recently.

I know a flop bet would be totally standard, but I thought I could induce him to bluff the flop/turn if I...

KK overpair, 1/2 FTP

Opponent is 33/13/3 over datamined hands.

Should I just call the flop and call a turn shove here? With hindsight maybe I prefer that, as that would scare off 55-99 who may have played flop that...

JJ overpair played passively - 1/2 FTP

I've played quite a bit with this guy, he is a semi multitabler but not anyone I particularly have that much respect for - he is pretty passive preflop but sometimes aggro's it up a bit more...

Re: Some more hero calls

Hand 1: I think its ok given your read...Not that many logical hands for him contain a 9. I think folding is ok too.

Hand 2: Seems fine.

Hand 3: I'd fold river unless I have a real concrete...

Re: No idea- AQ, monotone broadway board

I c-bet this for about $12. If I get minraised I call in position. If I get potted/shoved then I probably fold.

Re: jack duece in limped pot for stacks?

Very awkward against an unknown...

I'm not really giving him credit for a set having limped (and 22 is unlikely given your hand) so the only hand I'm scared of is JT obv.

Bearing in mind he...

Re: OESD gets donked into

In my experience, oppponents who take this line are usually not folding. I'm not saying he is that strong, just that he probably wont fold.

I'd just call an evaluate river.
