This happened on out goverment controlled poker client so the hand history is in swedish, but you get the point, 20/40 is equal to $3/$6:

One of the two national championships of poker in Sweden, it's a pretty crappy tournament, like a $350 dollar deepstack nl holdem tournament with 2100 entrants.
