Both monitors you are considering getting(Dell E207WFP, Samsung 204BW)have a resolution of 1680x1050.
With resizable tables at most sites now the resolution "needed" to multitable without overlap...

For the game Sundogs Sports Bar can be a fun time and a good place to watch the game. It's in the strip mall up there so you can't miss it. Avoid the food though.
