Re: Turned Set on Drawy board

Raise PF is good, obviously

I don't get the lack of cbet on the flop. What was your rationale in deciding not to cbet? You led pf, you're in position, it's HU, you can charge him for a draw if he...

Re: Straight on turn faced with river push on flush card

Hm actually looking back at that flop, it is pretty dry, so maybe Pokey's suggestion of betting is good. I think I sort of switched into OOP, draw, multiway autocheck mode :/ So maybe the bet there...

Re: NL50: Overpair on TT2 board against TAG

Raise is obv. good

The bet here is fine. Doesn't look like there are that many hands in his range that have you beat, so the bet is good. The raise...there's a really limited range of hands he...

Re: Straight on turn faced with river push on flush card

PF call seems fine, OOP, medium-small SC's.

OESD on the flop, again OOP, multiway, I guess check is fine. He doesn't bet. So either he didn't hit it, so taking into account his limp to rule out...

Re: NL25: AKs turn trips

Looks good, raise pf is correct, flop bet is fine, I think you're ok calling there, anything but AQ, QQ, 44 and you're ahead. So calling the raise is fine. The raise on the turn is good, anything but...

Re: 50NL read these hands

This seems interesting, and I really want to work on my hand reading so thought I'd see what I could come up with.

MP looks like they have a wide range, though then again you don't have many hands...

Re: NL10 Top2 w AJ

Hm yeah looking back over it, It's still just TPTK, so calling is probably correct to keep the pot small with just the pair. I think I just like to think about raising before I think about calling.

Re: NL10 Top2 w AJ

Preflop: Seems fine, maybe there's an argument for 3-betting him but it's a raise from UTG+1 and you only have AJo. Maybe with more information I could recommend rr, but as it stands the call seems...

Re: Over pair on flush draw board 10NL

1) I don't think you're meant to post results? It spoils the analysis.

On to the hand:

I still don't like the limp pre-flop. With one limper, and a decent PP here I'd still like to raise this....

Re: My first hand post, feedback on my play greatly appreciated.

The raise pre-flop seems fine, I'm not a massive fan of SC's OOP but KQs is pretty strong, so fine.

I'd probably have bet bigger on the flop? Maybe 2/3 or 3/4 of the pot. I think at this level,...

Re: NL25 set oop 3way

First post - I came to a similar answer here as everyone else but I thought it would do me good to work through a hand for the day!

Pre-flop the call seems fine, otherwise you're 3-betting vs an...
