Re: I shove and shove and shove and shove (6 hands)

Thanks for the feedback.

1. I think is fine, there is room for a bet on the turn but I felt I was going to be checkraised more often than not and would get pushed off my draw.

2. Super standard...

I shove and shove and shove and shove (6 hands)

The below is a list of shoves from my last 1k hand session, some I like, some I am unsure if I took the best line.

Once I have had a few response I will put in my thoughts for each hand but I do...

100NL - Double Barrel Time?

I have been trying to find good spots to double barrel against regs/TAGs, is this a good spot to?

My thinking is that he is calling here with a wide range of drawing hands and even with JT, QJ and...

Re: AK pf, 4 bet shoved into by tag

It all comes down to what range you allocate to his shove.

If you think he does this with JJ+, AKo and AKs (which is the range I give most TAGs)then fold.

Stacking off with AK against TAGs is...

Re: 100NL- TAG raises me on turn, I have AA

Bet more on the turn.

Calling is terrible because of stack sizes and actions on the river if he is drawing so you are left with shoving or folding.

At 100NL I think you can fold here pretty...

Re: FT400 toptop+fd against a reg

What is the plan on the river if we bet turn and are called?

Re: FT400 toptop+fd against a reg

So are we all agreed that betting turn is the best option here?

If so, are we all checking the blank river through? Or value betting here as well?

If raised on the river, what is our action?

Re: FT400 toptop+fd against a reg

Since he had 99 I like your river check.

Bet turn > Bet river as getting raised on this river would really suck as we have underrepped our hand. On top of this betting turn gives our double...

Re: river value shove vs unknown

For those saying bet/shove can you explain why?

I see many more hands that will call/raise any bet that beats us then hands that will call that we beat.

Re: river value shove vs unknown

Villain is unknown, so I am thinking a check here is best.

You have shown nothing but strength and Villain seems happy to call you down.

EDIT:
I can not see too many hands that call our turn...

Re: TT UTG squeezed

Is there a reason you automatically assume " is clearly a weakish hand looking to outplay with position postlfop and stuff."?

Fold and feel ok about it.

Re: FT200 straight on paired board and 3-way action

I think you can call this every day.

Against some types of 40/14 there is even room for a min-raise. His river call is very weak.

Re: Sorry For Posting This

Why is b/c better than b/f here?

Is he really going to raise us here with AK or AJ? What range are you assigning to an unknown for calling a UTG pfr, call 3 bet?
