Status Of MTTs

I have been reading Harrington on hold em and it explains that when the tournament gets close to the prize cutoff the play changes. Most players turn conservative. How would I take advantage of this....

$27 bankroll

I currently have $27 in my poker stars account. What would be suitable for a bankroll of this amount. I was thinking of playing 1.10 sit and go turbos. 45man.

What happens when you start to go live. There wont be able to use pokertracker etc. Is it better off to learn the manual way rather than using the stats of poker tracker?

Memorize every starting hand win %

Has anyone memorized every starting hand win percentage. for example AA will win 85% against one opponent, 74% against two opponents and so on. Or is this overkill?

Memorizing odds and working out pot odds

To learn the odds is it better for me to calculate the odds while im playing or is it better to memorize a odds chart for each out. Calculating pot odds seems quite difficult if say the pot is paying...
