Convince the poker sites to add tables with fixed 100bb buyins.
Or you can conspire against them. If they're all-in in EP, everyone at the table calls, then checks it down tourney-style....

I'd almost always fold that preflop, and when I didn't, I'd regret it. Once I get to the flop, I'm betting pretty near pot every street, maybe 60-75% pot on the river.
