Re: OT: 15/30 brag

I didn't think running at 7bb/100 for 10k hands was possible anyomre. Before the games sucked, this would be a 2ish sigma event for me. This feels like a 5-7sigma event now.

Re: Staking Question

Another thinkg to keep in mind is that if he is down towards the end of a fixed time/hands stake his play will change. He may not do it with concious and malicious intent, but it will happen.

Re: What are you more likely to do? *Poll*

c/c is bad. You doubt we are getting AJ calls? With a WtSD of 43, we are getting A9 calls.

If he would bet AK/AQ/QJ with some appreciable frequency when checked to, it would be a perfect spot...

Re: Staking Question

Keepitsimple,

This looks correct, and is an extremely useful tool for anyone considering a staking arrangement.

I'm too tired to post details now, but anyone who was thinking of helping Sally out should hold off until I do so later today.

Re: raise mediocre hand and nail the flop

Seems like a pretty standard inata-b/f. b/c is still better than c/c, because it gets raised extremely rarely. If it's 6 handed, fold preflop.

Re: 10/20 -26s - Interesting hand that I botch terribly

I would fold both times preflop, RIO + large bets to overlay = fold. Getting 9:1 in the BB with this type of hand is much worse than getting 9:1 to complete in the SB.
