If you signed up correctly and did not have a previous UB account you will/should be credited with all MGR since the day you made your account. UB is pretty slow about responding to emails though and...

I'd reccomend contacting some of the affiliates advertised here. UB and Absolute are the two major sites that come to mind that you didn't name.
