Re: Time for a McJob
You might be able to get someone here to stake you if you can prove you're a winning player and are reliable for paying back the money.

Re: Cake 100nl KK loking gross
I play the flop the same way and probably fire about 1/2 pot on turn and fold to a raise. Check/call river, probably. Is this line terrible? I see villain sticking around with a lot hands that don't...

Re: I fold a set
I disagree. This seems a lot more like a flush than a T or even two pair. Most (poor) players will draw to their flushes whether or not they're getting the proper (implied) odds.

Re: PNL Study Group Day 5: Pot Control
Pot control by checking on the turn generally implies checking behind on the turn. Checking first to act is often interpreted as weakness and will be attacked by an aggressive player. This is one of...

Re: Various Ruling Questions Please
2's kind of a weird one. You don't HAVE to show, if you don't want to, but since there's an all-in, you're definitely going to showdown, and once you make it to showdown, you have to show your hand...

Re: Various Ruling Questions Please
For 1, the player who stated "call" should be held to the call, and the same to the player who said they were folding. Verbal actions are binding.

Re: 100NL, T3o steal hits the flop

call. raise brick turn.

I like this play. It's not as good as just three-betting if he has a draw, but it's better every other time.

wtf?
17/14 isn't nit
and fwiw, I'm pretty sure he's c-betting most of his range on the flop.
I think I call here and re-evaluate turn.
It kinda sux to fold turn with the huge pot,...

Re: 16: sticky 75/150 against reg
He's so solid that he ONLY has 86 here?
If he were that solid, he probably would've folded his SB.
If he has it, go broke on the turn.

Re: Comparing FTP to Stars for low buyin SNG\'s
I think he was being sarcastic. The bonus is absolutely terrible. It takes FOREVER to unlock. Especially playing SnGs. ESPECIALLY playing low limit SnGs. I guess you could probably get it in like, 2...

Re: OT: live sng thoughts(kind of stupid )
I HAVE to do the pretend to look thing live when I have an ATC push. If I actually look and see something like 83o I'm very likely to make a face, and I'm also fairly likely to decide to fold it even...

Re: 16$ stars - QQ after 2 all ins
Without reads, I probably lay it down. You're getting odds for the all-in, but I think preserving your stack is more important this early. You can outplay your opponents later, instead of flipping...

Re: Do I play too tight?
Preflop is fine. There's no reason to check that flop. You have to bet it. There's a straight draw AND a flush draw out there, and you almost definitely have the best hand. As played, after the flop,...

12s Turbo: AA facing all in on flop
Villain seems mostly passive, but not necessarily tight. I've only played 9 hands with him, so this read could be way off.
