Re: 27T 44 StopNgo or Chill Out?

I guess chilling out won't get you anywhere, so Stop'n'Go looks like a good idea.

Re: 100PL O8 Hand history, questions about my play...

I am too lazy to calculate, but he potted the turn, right? Well, you are HU, OOP, and drawing to half the pot, turn is a fold in my book. Check/Calling the flop seems ok.

PLO8 25$ Party - Naked Ace bluff, it works!

The little content this post contains should really go first, I think. /images/graemlins/laugh.gif So, does anyone use the naked Ace bluff every now and then on microstakes PLO8, and has any...

Re: Hypothetical bubble situation (small raise, BB calling range)

In that situation, if I can assume that it is going to be checked around all the way, my range is pretty close to ATC. As you said, if I lose, I now have 1K instead of 1250, oh noes! It really...

Re: **OFFICIAL SWEAT YOUR MOD WSOP 2K NLHE\"

I just checked the news on this event, and saw that a guy named "Justin Rollo" sat at the FT. First thought was "WTF?" of course. /images/graemlins/laugh.gif GL Jurollo!

Re: Blah $2.25 6 SNG

You had 15 outs, which roughly equals 30% to hit. Calling when you are 3:1 to hit while getting 2.5:1 on your money is bad in a cash game, it's even worse in a SNG. Oh, and fold that junk PF.

Verification at Party, what do they want to know?

I recently entered a first cashout at Partypoker, and now they want me to call them to verify my identity or stuff I guess. Now my english is not that great, so it would probably help a great deal if...

Re: 11$ reg.: Some hands from tonight

Ugly, but I think I fold that too. Your stack is still absolutely workable, and you are splitting at best, or simply drawing to one out. Nope, there will be way better spots, I'm sure. That flatcall...

Re: [6s] 5-5 with a bunch of limpers

Considering the money in the pot, your stack versus the blinds, and the off chance that they all fold, I push 22 here...and a whole lot more.

Re: (30) 3-table SNG QQ early

Re: Is it possible to make a living playing SNG\'S?

I am wondering if I heard a dumber poker related question lately. I think not.

Re: (39) JJ and dude limp/limp/re-raise

That's funny, when I am browsing in this board, I often wonder why people want to "risk it" so early in the tournament. I think it means that doubling up in the first hand means only little more than...

Re: OFFICIAL MOVING UP / HOW AM I DOING SO FAR THREAD

Umm...dunno how to start. I lately found a few bucks in my Party account, and started playing SNGs. I am currently playing the 11s, my ROI is 33% after 90 of them, my roll is 360$. I plan to take...

I don't have any idea what he could have, but as per your description, he sounds pretty much like the standard moron. I think I wouldn't mind putting my chips in the middle here, but I also wouldn't...

Re: Most Profitable Course Of Action

I'd say you should play the 1.20$ STTs at Stars until you soundly beat them, play some more until you made your losses back and have a BR of 110$ and then move to the 5.50$ STTs.

Re: How bad is this push?

[ QUOTE ]
I think shoving here is fine, especially if you know SB will try to steal your blind. You still have some amount of fold equity because he won't have quite 2-1 on a call. Calling preflop...

Re: How bad is this push?

Ummm, didn't want to come over cocky with my last reply. To specify my question, I was wondering if there was a better way to play it than pushing pre, I think folding is out of the question. Anyway,...
