- bet turn, call the raise you want UTG to stay, 3-betting is very wrong in this spot
- bet river, call a raise
this way you can trap UTG for calling 2 bets on turn...

I say bet. Basically it's 50-50. If has has an ace you lose, if he has a king you win (if he had AK an aggressive player would 3bet turn). Betting adds fold equity.

1) after button called i don't think he is folding to another river bet, i would not bet an 8 or 9 for value, it''s the 3rd pair, i doubt a lot of worse hands call here, button calling the turn raise...

preflop % is not everything, you have to look at the hands you can make, flushes and straights are very well in extracting money from second best hands while you can dump offsuit hands whith week...

I don't fold QXs after 4 limpers which basically play poor offsuit hands like 76o-T9o, J7o-J9o etc. maybe it's marginal but it's certainly not terrible
the flop call is close and it's for sure not...

1) if he has a strong hand you can get 3 bets in instead of 2
2) if he is playing for a free card he won't get it

the best indicator to find out if someone is bluffing is to look at his W$@SD % someone with 60% will almost never bluff he's got the goods when he raises the turn, while someone in the 45%-50% might...
