Against someone with his stats I'd consider putting in a raise on the turn. You could easily be good already with the flush draw behind.

As played I call river getting almost 4:1 on my money.

I think you should just call the minraise and revaluate the turn. You're hand has good show down value and villain may very well bet small on the turn, which I'd call and look to get to show down. ...

YES! Raise, a set is no good if you don't have a pot to work with. If you take down the blinds, thats great too.

Easy fold. With AF of .7 he has the good everytime. I would take a note of it though, with only 30 hands its possible your sample size just isn't big enough.
