Re: Tilt $300 6max: 88

are you folding 88 six-handed to an oop raise? I think pre-flop play is fine and the correct fold on the flop. Well played i beleive

Re: ftp55k. is there any excuse for me not pushing the turn here?

confused on why we are raising to 5x preflop but i would not check. there are too many draws that can fill up on the river which will probably get called down either way but you need to bet and/or...

Re: I have a plan

I don't think that a flop bluff is going to work in this position becasue both players are generally committed. You really need a small percentage of cards in order to get your right position in...

Re: 2.7 million with AQ

raise folding is out of the question. If he is good aggressive you can open fold this hand to and wait to trap later on

Re: 2.7 million with AQ

I think that any re-raise is going to almost commit yourself on the flop if you are going to try to out-play the aggressor post flop. Your going to want to raise to at leasttttt 6k to try to get him...

Re: 99 in stars nightly - uncomfy on all streets

I would re-raise preflop with your aggreso image. If he calls and bet/ raises flop let it go. With the way the hand is played i would check the turn and see what comes with the intentions of letting...

Re: Weird hand v choppy stars 1k

Don't mind the limp. Fold on raised flop. As played, definitely fold the turn as well.

Re: Is this wrong?

Nothing that wrong, done it a bunch of times for players and had it done for me as well. When something comes up, something comes up.

Re: Defining your hand: is it ever a good idea?

I don't believe that defining your hand is a good idea. I think that this only works against weak minded opponents who are not going to be able to lay down hands against you even if you showed them...

Re: I have a plan

I don't really like the play with the amount of chips you have. This is going to leave you with ten BB if the play doesn't work. I understand that he is probably opening with the top 20% of hands but...

Re: Fold AKo with 20xBB

I think that savage is right with folding the AK as justified above by betgo. We are not ahead here.

Re: Minireraised late in 10r

I have noticed a lot more min-raises with AA and KK recently, especially from poor negative players that don't understand certain math of the game. I don't think that many of us are good enough to...

Re: FTP $750K in the money

Wait for a better position and a better hand. Pushing into all of the bigger stacks when you have observed aggressive shove pre-flop play you are probably going to get called by some marginal hands...

Re: I frop quads 100r death table

Either shove pre-flop or check the flop as with the villain playing aggressively pre-flop you will probably be getting paid off on another street.

Re: Fold AKo with 20xBB

Depends on where the field is and if it is in the money. I think that I would possibly fold here because more than likely you are up against a high PP with the button player and Ax against second...

Re: Multitabling High Stakes MTTs (General Questions)

I will generally only multi-table two MTTs at a time. I seriously believe that if I concentrate enough on two at a time I can generally do well in all of them. Occasionally what I will do is I will...

Re: Semibluff with QJ

No need. If he has been tight what is he going to fold after putting a third of his chips in with level up coming. Normally i don't think that is a bad play because it puts him on a tough call...

Re: ($109) Going broke w/ AQ in an unraised pot

raising pre-flop needs to be made... I would probably re-raised the flop to put him on a decision if you are feeling like risking your chips against a flush draw. Against the loose player, I would...

Re: AK preflop facing big rr 50 BB\'s deep

I think that you can call with your stack and the fact that you have 50 BB. If you miss you miss but I would probably put him on QQ as his greatest hand which you can beat with a plus flop. Although...
