i think calling is the worst of the three. there's not much info here, but generally I'd say raising>folding>calling.

I'd check behind on the turn. I think you make more by encouraging villains to bluff river than by getting called by worse on the turn.

2nd hand I think you're better off getting it all in on the turn. I really doubt he checks top pair on the flop when he's pf raiser and has two opponents who have checked to him. So he rarely has top...
