Flop is KQT, check/bet/call, and I check the turn and river...

He won't fold to the flop raise -- basically he should peel with anything in that spot.
It makes no sense to raise the flop unless you plan to bet.
We're in a great spot to push better Aces off...

I think you missed a value bet on the river.
I think calling is fine preflop -- I think everyone will agree TT is 3pop though, so going 3 with 99 probably isn't so bad either.
