Re: probably retarded question HU

sure, i think it works with a better image than a spewtard, given he feels your prone to spew isnt this the prefect line for him with anything decent. he obv wants to showdown hands vs you, so i dont...

Re: probably retarded question HU

i wouldnt reraise T6d considering you expect him to call preflop givenn the way you wrote, i generally wouldn't call here given how you've been playing. best case your flipping?

Re: 68s monster pot

Snowball,

I kinda agree/disagree with what you've said. There are pro's con's to both styles which are fairly obv, although i don't think 98s is a marginal raise given the situation, you have a...

Re: KQ in BB, fold top pair?

looks fine although i dont think you need to lead the flop to hopefully knock out the field. As played it looks fine.

Re: 68s monster pot

James,

I think he means, if your only raising 98s+ then your range is to tight.

Re: 68s monster pot

maybe i'm a nut job but i think the whole hand is fine. Raising pre is ok, limping is obv better though. flop peel is fine getting 29.5/1, turns ok. river looks fine as pot is so big

Re: Good spot for thin value betting? NL25

value bettings fine here vs the right type of player. i dont agree with a 1/2 pot+ bet, it needs to be much smaller imo. somwhere between 1/3 - 2/5's

Re: BIGGGGG river overbet at $3/$6

If i havent seen the guy before i snap call this on ipoker. the way the software is set up they have an allin button right where the raise button is on must sites, so i can see him typing in a number...

Re: \"If you call the turn you have to call river\" theory Q

as others have said your hand isnt the greatest example. the call the turn, have to call the river is more of a limit line which came about after ed miller book where most limit players where trying...

Re: 50nl AQo

preflops fine although reraising has its merits. i wouldnt lead the flop here without a read which you havent given. by just calling preflop your looking to use some sort of pot control and check...

Re: Marathon Training

A few more questions, with regards to eating more...I'm a reasonable amount overwieght, probably 1.5 stones which will need to come off to have a chance at 4 hours. Given i'll be running a hell of a...

Re: Marathon Training

26.5 miles.

I can make as much time as would be needed to complete it in less than 4 hours. Given my fitness levels aren't great the amount of time i can train each week will be limited.

Re: 12 outs race with fold equity

calling at these stakes is should be pretty standard. no need to push as i doubt you get a fold and racing seems pretty pointless given the prices hes giving you. i really doubt he finds a fold if...

Marathon Training

I've entered the London marathon next year and have somehow managed to end up with about $4000 in bets which require me to run it in less the 4 hours, all of which go to the charity i'm running for....

Re: Intersting hand a little deep

17/12/3 isnt really decent imo. Its more along the lines of fit or fold. Given he didnt reraise your steal attempt he hardley ever has AA with his stats, so his calling range is probably top heavy...

Re: [NL50] AQ hits => rush or run ?

isnt that a great reason to bet less? considering the pot size and the...

Re: How does 5/10 rule apply to 3 bets?

the 5/10 rule is to high imo, the game has moved on. when considering when to call, you have to look at way more than % of stacks. Went to showdown, preflop raise and aggression are much more...

Re: [NL50] AQ hits => rush or run ?

looks fine, flops not drawy so i'd try to make sure he gets it in. 1/2 pot on turn is more likely to be called imo, which gives him a really tough fold on the river with his most likely Q, mid pair....
