Strategies for soldier:
always try to be fully reloaded. When in a firefight and you reload don't get impatient and shoot off one rocket and then reload and then shoot...

That is my stance on it. Of course there are many variables involved. My family has had very adverse reactions to chemo and radiation.

for the most part they won't...but that doesn't mean you shouldn't still be considerate and use proper etiquette...use fixed barbells if the weight is enough, don't curl in the squat...

Some people hit it far and some don't. Very very few people can carry the ball 300 yards in neutral conditions, even among tour players. However there are people that can do it, including me.

I drove the ball over 400 yards half a dozen times in a long drive qualifier but conditions were very helpful. I'm going to start claiming I hit it 400+

I tried some squat cleans today. It feels counter-intuitive to really throw myself underneath a heavy ass barbell. I got a few decent full cleans with 205. When I did 225 I kept smashing my throat...

Hey we have almost identical numbers for deadlift and squat. I hate short people who make squatting look easy. Your power clean is pretty high vs your squats. I can only power clean 235 on a good...
