The script copies the orginal files to the graphics folder when you lunch the script (before the start of the client), so the ongame client should only gets updated if there are really new clients...

Download AHK and v0.80 of the script. On the first start it asks for all settings (no need for editing the script anymore) and lets you select the modded files. Should be realy easy.
