Yeah I would recommend never trying to steal or make any sort of fancy plays at 1/2c NL. You're going to get called down by anything, so its best just to play your cards and your reads on the other...

The hand I stacked him in actually went down the exact same way, in fact I re-raised him on the flop in that hand, then potted the whole way down.
