Villain is 22/19/5 and I havn't seen many flops with him. He either 3 bets me pre-flop and I fold or I 3 bet him preflop and he folds. Not sure what he is calling here with PF because it wasnt good...

The flop is pretty scary so I would be prepared to bail out if I get resistance. You could still have the best hand so you have to bet it. Same thing with the Turn, he could be on a flush or straight...
