I use a Visa from Desjardins (Quebec) and it has worked on every site i've tried so far (FTP/UB/Party).

Nope not yet, I did think 750.00 is quite low considering they have direct access to my bank account...I have only used them for 3-4 months tho, I guess they need more transactions to increase the...

I used them to deposit money from UB and for casino sites as well. The bank authentication process was fast, and it's a breeze to deposit anywhere. I haven't withdrawn with them yet, as UB screwed up...
