I've been in the service industry quite a bit and so I naturally tip a lot.

I play 5/10 and tip this way:

Blinds: no tip
30-100 -- $1
101-250 -- $2
251-400 -- $3
400+ -- $4 (or $5[one chip]...

That's one thing I'm not sure about. I don't like to show bluffs very often (especially on a check/raise bluff). I'd prefer the good players not know that I am capable of...
