I used to trade a ton of these things, it was a blast. Black scholes is a good way to value them for sure, but remember, they are often included in the offering as a "sweetener" and can put a damper...

sometimes it is more valuable to induce a bluff from a 6 outer and avoid a turn raise from a strong hand than it is to get a 6 outer to fold.
