Re: Are there any benefits to using Party poker?

Thanks for the response Josem.

Would this unmentionable rakeback progam come direct from PP or through a 3rd party?

Are there any benefits to using Party poker?

Especially since US players arent accepted at Party, I looked at it today believing that the players were weaker.

However, when I looked into it, I see they charge 10% rake on all medium priced...

Re: 27s: AQo Spew Early?

[ QUOTE ]
Is everyone raising AQo utg in level 1? I am folding here alot - is that a leak?

If you are playing a turbo (5 min blinds) or ultra turbo (2 min blinds) are you more likely to make...

Re: ($27) JJ gets in a weird spot

I dont understand why some people are advocating staying in this hand.

If you call there are just so many cards you dont want to see. Its fair odds on youll have to put the hand down at some...

Re: $60 - taint shavin\' good times

Personally I like to bet out in this situation but with a decent size bet - one that says 'I hit the 3, I dont want a call'. Then if we get a raise we should be able to get all our 1600 chips in and...

Check flop

Much prefer Hero's line of betting out. You have to credit villain with a decent hand as he played from UTG. A check-call will halt most villains. But a lot of...

Re: $60 - taint shavin\' good times

Villain is playing a dangerous game if drawing for the flush.

a) Hes drawing on a paired board
b) Hes allowing a free river card which could pair the board for the second time or give a 4th spade...

Assuming no antes, fold. w/ 10xBB and the wide ranges you're likely to be up against at the $3 games, shoving K9o from the CO is no good. I'd probably shove ATs+, 66+ here.

With antes,...

Re: 3--K9o Open All-In.

Setting all 3 players to follow as level 3 on SNGPT, this shows as a push - the key being the antes, which give you in total a stack increase of 20% if no one calls.

BTW, you have 15000 chips in...
